Many people come to Livingston to experience the unique and memorable lifestyle of a real western town – seemingly still untouched and real.  This elegant and unique downtown studio was recently built with the hopes of immersing it’s guests in the wonder that is downtown Livingston.   We want you to be able to relax, nurture your creative spirit, and enjoy our spectacular scenery.

Perfectly located in downtown Livingston, Montana, this studio apartment is a skip away from everything happening on Main Street. The apartment was newly built in 2017, in the back half of Out Of The Blue Antiques. We offer covered off street parking (a premium in Downtown Livingston!) and your own private entrance. The open floor plan features artwork and photography from local artists as well as antiques collected from famous Livingston estates. We’ve added a fully equipped kitchen, ready for most cooking needs, with all new stainless steel appliances. The sleeping area has a brand new king sized bed with custom bedding and plenty of pillows. Kick back and relax on the plush mid-century style couch that opens into a full sized bed. Our flat screen TV can be enjoyed from the dining room table, couch or even the kitchen. The clean, crisp bathroom offers a bath/shower combination, and a closet and dressing area with a full sized mirror.

In keeping with the idea that life should be a balance between the wild outdoors and artistic creature comforts, the XOxo offers shelter and close proximity to both. Blue Ribbon Trout Fishing is three blocks away in the famous Yellowstone River. Downtown Livingston is a mecca for artists, writers and actors as well as ranchers, cowboys and world travelers. Livingston is also the original gateway to Yellowstone National Park, the world’s 1st National Park, and one of America’s greatest treasures.
